Trying to go for a budget WereWolf deck that can do well at FNM

Lands (22): 10x Forest 7x Mountain 2x Rootbound Crag 3x Kessig Wolf Run

Creatures (31): 3x Wolfir Avenger 1x Wolfie Silverheart 4x Gatstaf Shepard 3x Wolf Bitten Captive 4x Scorned Villager 2x Daybreak Ranger 4x Reckless Waif 2x Instigator Gang 2x Mayor of Avabruck 2x Mondronen Shaman 4x Immerwolf

Spells (12): 4x Full Moons Rise 4x Moonmist 4x Incinerate

I know I need to take out 5 cards total, what are some good suggestions? Also I need suggestions on a decent sideboard

How budget is this? Would Copperline Gorge and card:Green Sun's Zenith be out of the question?

If you can get your hands on a full playset of Mayor of Avabruck  Flip , do it. Unanswered, it's one of the fastest creatures in Standard.

I personally would take all Mondronen Shaman  Flip and replace Reckless Waif  Flip with Young Wolf . Also I would +2 Mayor of Avabruck  Flip if possible like zandi said. card:Green Sun's Zenith is amazing if you can afford them also I would +2 Daybreak Ranger  Flip and -2 Instigator Gang  Flip . Yeah he is cool with a neat ability but is just too slow. -1 Kessig Wolf Run since you really only want 2 and +1 Forest probably.

OORR if you dont wanna change it much then just remove the Mondronen Shaman  Flip and all the Gatstaf Shepherd  Flip for +1 Wolfbitten Captive  Flip

I think 2x Kessig Wolf Run would work best since you only have 2 dual-lands, out of 8 possible.

Kruin Outlaw  Flip is an amazing card for it. Definitely worth playing! Not sure if you really need the mana ramp from Scorned Villager  Flip as much as the potential for a double striker.
