Need Help with B/W Control

I'm looking for some suggestions to make my deck -Counterless Control- better. It's got a solid base but it needs something more. Maybe outside eyes can see what this could be. I've considered splashing blue for Jace, Memory Adept mb and Negate sb. is this a good plan?
