Need help with early game

I built a Venser Bant deck and it seems pretty fun to play. The cards are on the way in the mail but now im starting to be a little concerned for my early game. Should i add 2x Search for Tomorrow to ramp more or maybe Oblivion Ring to deal with early threats and bounce it later with venser to deal with a later threat? And most important, what should i take out and why?

Any suggestions? Its appreciated :)
