Need Help With Game Ending Cards

Hey, long time player here looking for some advice on a recent creation of mine. With the recent unbanning of Jace from modern and the release of Masters 25 being right around the corner I found it only fitting to build a deck around him. I am pretty much done however I lack the certain top decking nut draw that is going to almost definitely win me the game should I draw it with 5 or 6 mana at my disposal. My deck is mono blue control and I would prefer if it sort of stuck with that theme (ie no 7/7 bomb answers.)
Snapcaster Mage beatdown is thing. if you want to splash for white, Celestial Colonnade is great wincon.

I second Thing in the Ice Flip. Not sure if you're running them but TITI gets dumb with Snapcaster Mage.

Wharf Infiltrator is pretty useful if your deck runs creatures.Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek can make a consistent win condition if you splash either black or white.

If you have a Jace deck, do you need another win con besides his ultimate?

Personally, I don't think you need a large, instant-win in modern blue control. Delver of Secrets
Flip, Thing in the Ice
Flip, and Talrand, Sky Summoner all are strong early plays that will win you the game in the long run.
Though, if you like big plays, there are some options:
Fleet Swallower is a big play that has a traditional blue, non-beater feel.
Corrupted Conscience allows you to take their win condition for yourself.
Cryptic Serpent is a boring, vanilla beater, but you can usually cast it fairly early.
Nezahal, Primal Tide is immune from counterspells, gives you card draw, and can easily be protected from removal.
