Need Help With Lands

Basically, I feel like I could make good use of City of Brass. The Modern Masters print is about $5 cheaper than Watery Grave and they would make it easier for me to regenerate Hellkite Overlord in case I need to. However, Watery Grave fits the theme of the deck better.

Comparing the two:

Watery Grave - Pay 2 life once, taps for U or B.

City of Brass - Pay 1 life every time it becomes tapped, taps for any color mana.

I also need to be careful of my life total when using either card. If I play Hellkite Overlord with Reanimate instead of Exhume I will lose 8 life.

I could always run both, but then I'm uncertain of what lands I should pull. If I pull Swamps then Drowned Catacomb becomes less effective. If I pull Darkslick Shores then I'm less likely to play them before I have two other lands out.
