Need help with my extort deck

Hey everyone. I just was looking for some advice on anything I could do to make my extort deck a little more competitive and just to clown on my friends in casuals. Any feedback is more than appreciated.

Duke, I wish I had one. It's the one orzhov rare card that I never managed to pull or get an opportunity to trade for.

this is a deck i have tossed together to play for this weeks FNM, more for a laugh, and i am working on two other decks.

Black Tide of darkness Look this over carefully its faster and more damaging than at a glance. It has major extort propertys and casts almost everything for 2. Pontiff of blight might go in there possibly.
