Need help with ub(w) deck

Trying to combo Sturmgeist with Devastation Tide and Reliquary tower. Figured ub to allow to kill threats until can get combo of huge Sturmgeist. But really white or red could work too. White could do planar cleansing if in trouble and could oblivion ring to protect something.
