Need help with U/R control

First deck: Fury of the Firemind I wanted to build a control deck based on controlling with instants and burning with creatures, but it just won't come together. I want to avoid infinite combos like Curiosity and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind , but otherwise any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
