Need help with UW Metalcraft/Equip Deck

I started working on this deck last night. Throughout the deckbuilding process, my interests and the general direction of the deck shifted. Below is a decklist of what I have now, but it's definitely lacking. I got lost while consolidating to a 60 card build, and kind of backtracked a bit. I mostly need help figuring out what equipement to include, and possibly switching up my creatures/creature vs. artifact count balance. Any and all criticism is welcome and appreciated.

Creatures:

3x Invisible stalker3x Argent Sphinx2x Spire Serpent3x Puresteel Paladin2x Stonehewer Giant2x Etched Champion

Artifacts:

Land:

Other:

4x Ponder4x Stoic Rebuttal4x Dispatch3x Feeling of Dread

The equipment portion of this deck needs some serious revision. I originally had about 18 Artifacts in it, and they seemed a much better fit, but as I said, I kind of lost myself during consolidation.

Woah, formatting got really skewed when I C+Pd from MTGforums. Can't find the edit button. I've never used the forums on this site before. Any help with that would also be appreciated. :/
