Okay, so here's the thing. I wanna put 4 stormbreath dragons and four thundermaw hellkites into one deck. Is this a good idea? Not really. Will it have lots of awesome dragons? Yes, yes it will. So, my task for anybody reading this is to come up with the best red and green cards to compliment these two fast bastards. Thank you kindly
Modern? If so,
Bear Umbra on Thundermaw Hellkite for the infinite attacks combo.

keep it coming guys, like the burning tree emissary. I'm thinking just lots of mana ramps, like harrows and cultivates, a few lightening bolts for creature control, and some green search cards. I guess what I'm really asking is what are the best versions of these cards available in modern? I mean, I wanna dragon by turn three or four reliably

Elvish Mystic Sylvan Caryatid , those will give you up to 5 mana on turn 3

I'm toying around with throwing in cards like commune with the gods and lair delve in there to cycle through more cards and have a better chance at getting a dragon, are there any better variants of these cards that are not a planeswalker? And I did add elvish mystics, and a couple burning tree emissaries.

Grisly Salvage and with the caryatids you should be able to get the black you need for those

okay, so there first draft of the deck is done, and I must say that while Burning-Tree Emissary is a great card and good in the early game, drawing it late game is painful. I've decided I definitely want to add the fourth Stormbreath Dragon , take out the BTE, and add some more cards. Commune with the Gods is fantastic because it cycles through five cards, and who cares about the four I lose as long as I get a Dragon? Are there any other cards that cycle through four or five cards and let you get a creature?

the decklist is up now. I like it for the most part, might tweak it a little bit, but it's called Oh Snap Dragons!
