Need mana and counter help

I made this:
The hills are alive with the sound of music
But I don't really know how to fix the mana, with the shocklands or whatever. I really need help, and also please tell me if I've chosen the right counter spells.

I know you got a little bit of a "not today" deck going on for you but a great option to run would be work something up like a Elite Arcanist combo with the spell Silence . Each turn your oponent draws tap him to prevent them from playing instants, soceries, creatures, enchantment spells or anything else their turn!
Otherwise, you could always pair it with multiple other spells you run like Shock for a easy two damage each turn.
Or your Izzet Charm or Azorius Charm to create multiple multiple MULTIPLE recastable spells, like preventing a creature from coming out each turn for a easy two mana!
Maybe add 3x Clone and take out the illegal Disperse , create a lot more creature options!
