Need Opinions on Two decks Help!

Self explanatory with my title.

The two decks on deck.. (lol) are

Da Bomb.com V3 this is a Boros heavy, early + mid game strong. it has Hellrider 's and Thundermaw Hellkite boroes reckoner and a little ramp that can be a good game changer it is a filler, risky but worth it Plunge

2nd on Deck is Act I / Scene I - The Win My version of another deck mentioned there. it is a very very fast Naya humans midrange. can win on turn 3, but it is based on early game win. if staggered can lose..

conclusion of considering strength and weaknesses, i would love feedback, thoughts, reasoning for what you say.. if it is appropriate i will respond. thanks in advance.

PS. Strong and slow, or Quick and relentless?

it is Infernal Plunge not Plunge oops.
