Need Some Advice

Counters BaneThis a deck I built a couple weeks ago and have slowly been changing every week. I can deal with most decks, but I still have problems with Esper Control and Mono Black Devotion, Pack Rats mostly. I would like advice on how I can make my deck better to be able to contend with them. Please and thank-you.

Coming from a scrub, with as many auras as you have, i'd pump your Hero of Iroas numbers up. Beating control in standard seems to revolve around Mistcutter Hydra, Skylasher, and some Savage Summoning. I'd recommend the Hydra out of those 3. As for dealing with the Pack Rats, well your options aren't good, but you have the New Elspeth for when 4 of the rats are present, Fated Retribution (really expensive), or Supreme Verdict (throw in a Sylvan Caryatid for the blue in that one). Your struggling against some currently strong decks, so don't get flustered, and do have confidence in that deck as its pretty sick over all.
