Okay so my deck, deck:no-libraries-here runs excellently a majority of the time. However, I also end up top decking quite often =/ I know that it shouldn't be doing that with the way it runs. I need some help adding drawing capabilities to my deck. Please help anyone?
Rules:
- Has to be from Dissension/Ravnica/Guildpact and up.
- Cannot cause loss of life.
- Cannot be a Jace planeswalker

Format does not matter, as long as the card is from Dissension/Ravnica/Guildpact and beyond. Because everyone uses Jace to win with mill. I am trying to shy away with my mill deck from the typical style =/

So, I'm trying to understand why it needs to be Ravnica block forward. Is this a house rule your friends have, or is it a card availability issue?

I mainly do it because I like the newer styled cards, and trying to keep from going to far back into the game. PLus it makes it more of a challenge building a deck that's limited slightly.

Well, the cards that bcurran suggested are the best forms of draw in my opinion. Since you're running mill, I would make Visions of Beyond a four of in your deck. You get to play with Ancestral Recall after two Glimpse the Unthinkable . That's too good to pass up.
Also, in your deck, I would -1 Mind Funeral +1 Glimpse the Unthinkable . That is easily the strongest mill card ever printed, hands down. Also, I'd grab another Darkslick Shores if you can, to guarantee you see the most diverse colors by turn 3.

What format? Or just casual?
A version of Jace is really your best option. I can't see why you'd make a rule against it.
