Need some help with Legacy

I need some help with this legacy burn deck. I know the Guttersnipe s need to come out, but I don't know what to put in their place. I can't afford Chain Lightning or it would totally be in here. I also need help with the sideboard. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/first-try-at-legacy/
