Well i was hoping i could get some feedback from people that actually have a mill deck and possibly give me a few tips in tweaking in out. I was considering splashing in black to make this deck a lot quicker, but i honestly have no idea in what to throw in. If anyone could help me out in making my mono blue mill deck better by suggesting cards to throw in and take out, not to mention what to throw in and out to make it a Blue-Black mill deck. Like i said im open to any suggestions in what replace with anything. I would appreciate all the help i could get :]

Use the deck builder instead of giving us a list. You are far more likely to get help.

The first two things I see is that 20 land is way to little, and that the sideboard can have a max of 15 cards.
