Need suggestions for a Kami of the Crescent Moon EDH

For reference, Kami of the Crescent Moon

It'll basically be a help-all deck, with a thinly disguised mill theme as the win con. So cards like Howling Mine, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, Increasing Confusion, Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power, Jace's Erasure, Jace's Archivist...

I need as many suggestions as possible for key cards that will help me and/or one or more opponents for maximum diplomacy, but I don't want overpowered cards or cards that ends the game or makes it annoying. No Sensei's Divining Top or Counterbalance for example, it's a fun EDH.

Thanks so much for Font of Mythos, I knew of it but had forgotten its name. I like all of your suggestions; I'm tempted to keep this deck very non-threatening, but I gess I'll have to include some bombs.

yup, i play a wgb fog deck in edh, so i know all about trying to keep your board very non-threatening. but once you feel confident in your board state, you have to start dropping bombs. yeah, winning by mill is an option, but its always nice to have a few options up your sleeve for a control deck. Archmage Ascension is also fantastic. Stormtide Leviathan might also be a good bomb. also, im sure you know the other draw artifacts, but just in case: Horn of Greed, Otherworld Atlas, Temple Bell.

I'm somewhat of a new player to EDH, so I don't know about a lot of these. Thanks a lot for the last three, they're definitely going in when I get them.

Archmage Ascension really is fantastic in this deck, I forgot about it. Definitely including.

If you want to hide an infinite combo win-condition in there, you could use the Azami, Lady of Scrolls+Mind Over Matter+Temple Bell combo.

Gomazoa is good to delay decks that want to win with general damage, as shuffling a general into a library is the most permanent way to get rid of them.

Clone effects tend to be very useful in EDH as they allow you to kill a general via the Legendary rule.

And this one is just pure favoritism on my part, but if you want a fun inclusion, Uyo, Silent Prophet well let you copy other people's instants and sorceries all the live long day.

Probably won't add Azami, Lady of Scrolls or Mind Over Matter, but Gomazoa, Guard Gomazoa, Doorkeeper and a couple other select defenders are going in.

Uyo, Silent Prophet does seem fun, I'll try to add him in. My decklist is now already over 99... Darn. Keep the suggestions flowing though, so that I know what to cut.

Here's the decklist - Everyone draws!

I've cut down to 99 cards, it looks pretty good.

I've been trying to think of a Rites of Flourishing effect for blue, mostly the ability to play more than one land. Any suggestions?
