Need to choose between two builds...

I have a sliver deck that I have playtested quite a bit and it plays well.

There have been a couple of things with the deck that have been a little annoying.

There are two Thorncaster Sliver and Blur Sliver but I have not really seen any benefit from them so I created an alternative build.

What I am asking for advice on is which of the two builds do you think has the most potential and playability.

I am almost leaning towards v2 as there is more ramp and protection than in v1.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
