New Dimir Deck - Seeking Critique

I've built a new U/B deck, blending elements of previous decks of mine, including Delver, mill, and control aspects. I could probably use some advice though. It's run somewhat well, in practice, but it is occasionally inconsistent.

Suggestions are most welcome.
