New player, Mono-Blue Mill

Just looking for some comments or suggestions on Mill, Mill, Mill Your Boat

Went to my first FNM and only won 1 match of four rounds and total won 3-9 games.

I did not have AEtherize until after the night was over so that may have helped against fast agro deck that I faced 2 times.
