New player wants to go FNM, this deck work?

I first played around the time The Dark was released. Quit around the time Mirage came out.

Just tried a FNM draft last weekend. Had a lot of fun and would like to build a deck to participate in FNM Standard.

Here's what I have managed to fumble together, and would really like suggestions on creature balance and what I could do to make the deck viable.

Tried to put any decent cards that seemed like a good fit in the considerboard, but I may have access to others and am not opposed to buying singles.

you will want more 3s and 4s of cards to make your deck more consistent, you might want to drop Horncaller's Chant anyways. that card is so bad, anything else would be better.
