New R/W Human/Soldier deck needs advice

Ok, so I decided I wanted to build an army style deck with soldiers and stuff, and originally was going to go with a pure White deck, but I didn't have enough Plains to make it, so by necessity, I cut in Red to complete it. I wanted to try out the synergy between the new Enchantment Creatures and the Heroic mechanic that were released with the Theros set. Crusade of the Purifying Flame was the final result.

So now I would like opinions and a bit of help. I feel like I've got the basis for a powerful assault deck, but I'm afraid I have two few low cost cards, and that could hurt my ability to get rolling in the early game, so I'd like suggestions for cards that could speed things up, as well as more Heroic creatures to add in. I'm also interested in adding Token generation to really build up my army.

Also, I'm interested in whether you think I should rebuild the deck in pure White like I was originally planning once I get more Plains, or tighten up the field and stick with the Red/White combo I've got going on now. Any suggestions for a good commander type Legendary or Planeswalker, either way?
