Well every store is going to be a little different, but fair warning you will probably run into some folks with expensive decks who spend a lot of time researching the best performing deck lists. In general though you'll see a wide range of players - people attending for the first time, new to the game, trying out their latest brews, the aforementioned Spike players and more.

As for the deck itself, I would at least like to start by commending you on a decent mana curve and sticking to single goal for the most part. That's at least a very good start for someone wanting to break into a more competitive environment. A few suggestions to consider -

Blood Reckoning - is just not a great card. Against the the kind of swarming or tokens decks it might be good against it's coming down much to late, and there are plenty of other deck strategies that it's basically cold to dead against.

Lingering Souls - is a great card for dragging a game on, and you can extort off it twice. Put in more if you have them.

Glorious Charge , Aerial Maneuver , Zealous Strike - combat tricks are much less useful in constructed than they are in limited. They just become more conditional pieces of removal. Luckily you're in a color known for its removal. Tragic Slip , Ultimate Price , Murder , Devour Flesh , Orzhov Charm are much better options.

Cathedral Sanctifier - be careful running cards like this. Sometimes they can be important to a decks plan, but if you run too many low impact spells you're simply going to get run over. A chump block and 3 life for 1 mana might sound like a good deal, but don't forget that it's still costing you a whole card. So if they instead use the equivalent same card slot from their deck to make a 3/3, one chump block and one attack later you're down a card and they still have their 3/3 on the table. A solid piece of removal to take care of one of their threats will save you much more life in the long run.

Sideboard - this will certainly come with time and experience, but you want to try and predict what strategies and other deck you might be weak against and bring cards that are situationally powerful for those decks. Right now your sideboard strikes me more as a collection of cards that didn't make the main deck.

the short answer is no. its damn near impossible to win without any dual lands or shocklands at this point. Extort isnt a bad strategy, but i think your going to be overpowered where you are now.

Thanks Slycne for your patience and meticulous help on my deck. I tried to keep this deck as white as i can because i usually don't do to well with my mana curves.
But i'll look more into those black removals, i do have a few (Murder ,Devour Flesh , Tragic Slip and Victim of Night . For white i was also debating to put in Pacifism s and Bonds of Faith for some 'removal'I may redo this deck to go more offensive base than to rather just wait and bait. Thanks for your input :))
