New To Site : Starting a Dimir Deck

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to this site, although not new to Magic. Been playing off and on since Ice Age, although I took an 8 year break until starting up again for the Ravnica block. I just got this new deck going and was wondering if anyone wanted to give me some advice on it?

it is like this [.[dimir trepanation mill].] but without the periods.
