Newbie could use some mill help

Hello all,

I've been trying to build me a mill deck, but so far I'm not satisfied with the results. It simply feels too sluggish to me. Anyone care to wage in, and give me some advice? The deck: deck:untapping-the-mill

I updated the deck based on comments I received, and changed the name accordingly: Miller Jace.
