Newbien in need of help

I would like some opinions on my first deck that I've played with vs my friends.

I've won some games with this but I usually get my ass handed to me vs swamp/forest deck that has vampyrism and graveyard scavenging.

It seems like my deck is only legal in Legacy, but at this moment I'm not trying to create deck that would be playable in tournaments, I just recently started playing and still don't know that much.

But for the future reference, it would be nice to know how I can make my deck playable in different leagues.
