Newish Blue/White Aggro needs help

ive had this deck for a few weeks. everything looks to be pretty nice, but I can never get anywhere with it. its not my skill level either because I win FNM all the time...with other decks I just would like helpful comments.also if I pull another master of waves or two im thinking of making it a monoblue devotion. below is the link to the deck. im still figuring out this site.http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/bluewhite-agrocontrol-sideboard/
