Noble format 4-C land destruction?! what

So I've been trying to come up with some type of cruel control deck for the Noble format, and this is what I've thrown together. Do you think the concept is something that I can build around? And if so, got any suggestions for how to deal with Storm/Burn decks (or others you think might pose a problem?) All feedback is appreciated, thanks for looking! deck-large:noble-tezzeret-lock-down
