noob advice on 3 casual/modern/budget decks

I'm building my first decks (until now I've just had a modified intro deck). I want to use my better cards from an M14 draft and some older booster packs as a starting point. My budget is pretty tight and this is just for casual play. I've got 3 decks to test and would love feedback. Which (if any) would you say is worth buying, and what would you change? Any advice is welcome :)
