Norin + Kruin Outlaw Interactions

When Norin the Wary s' ability puts him in exile and he returns, does he count as a spell being played which prevents Kruin Outlaw  ^Flip from transforming?

No, it does not. Spells can normally only be cast from the hand (barring special ways like Cascade). The creature simply re-entering the battlefield will not negatively affect the werewolf.

Awesome. At least I wont have to remove her from the deck. Mana Barbs Was my only solution for making her transformation more feasible in Boros.
