Noxious Revival and Gitaxian Probe

So I've been playing casual control decks for a while now and I've been looking for a way to get cards my opponents have counterspelled back into my had to avoid blue decks beating me in the card advantage game. I'm wondering if Noxious Revival would be worth the two life, and if anybody has experimented with it at all. Also weather it has a place in 60 cards or not. I plan on casting it with life 100% of the time since the deck i'm talking about is Orzhov actually.

On the other hand, for Orzhov and my own Azorius control decks, I've been contemplating the use of Gitaxian Probe because it lets you keep some hands you wouldn't normally keep, and it allows you to have perfect information about your opponent without playing black Duress type things. Also it cantrips, and is basically free. Thoughts here?

Gitaxian Probe is superior in both cases because it will let you scout out enemy counterspells and because it's a cantrip. Noxious Revival is more for combos.
