So I have a magical question, if I use Olivia Voldaren to turn my Huntmaster of the Fells  ^Flip into a vampire (his starting human form) and he turns into his werewolf form is he still a vampire?

My history in nerd lore would point to yes but I just wanted to make sure! This question applies to all transform cards, Delver of Secrets  ^Flip , card:Ludevic's Test Subject blah blah blah

Yeah, he would stay as a vampire and still have the +1/+1 counter. He doesn't leave the battlefield and he stays as the same creature post-flip. All in all, he would be a Human Werewolf Vampire.

and post flip, he would be a Vampire Werewolf.

Yup. When a Human Werewolf flips, it is still the same permanent (just with a different name). It will retain all relevant information, counters, auras, etc... that the creature had before the flip.
