[Opinion] Single Best B/R Destroy Artifact/Enchantment card in the game?

I am on a quest! A quest to find the most mana efficient B/R remover of artifacts and enchantments. The card must be capable of removing both an artifact, or an enchantment from the field. I currently have Rakdos Charm however it is not capable of removing enchantments, I would like a card capable of targeting both.

There's no such card I think, I did a Gatherer search and nothing came up. B doesn't deal well with either artifacts OR enchantments and R doesn't deal well with enchantments.

Black and red are generally not known for the ability to destroy enchantments. Depending on format, normally what these colors can't provide on their own can be supplemented by artifacts that accomplish the same task.
Ratchet Bomb , Engineered Explosives , Powder Keg , Lux Cannon , and Steel Hellkite come to mind. Discard is also available in the same colors and can force opponents to chuck the problem card in their graveyard. Also, some cards may negate the effect of a certain enchantment. Such as Leyline of Punishment vs Solitary Confinement .

Thanks for the suggestions, those artifacts look like tons of fun, I had never seen them before.

Seriously, Chaos Warp gets rid of ANY permanent. Another good one though (for artifacts, at least) might be Rakdos Charm, just because it can also bomb a graveyard.

You're out of luck then. Red is the only one of those colors that can deal with artifacts, and neither of them can deal with enchantments. Green and white are the colors for destroying enchantments. Typically black deals with cards like that by forcing you to discard them before they get played.
Here's a search for black or red cards that can destroy artifacts or enchantments.
