Opinions/Suggestions Needed!

So I currently have three casual decks, and one EDH deck built. I want to try making these decks better at what they do, and I would like some help with that. Whether it's strategy suggestions, specific card suggestions, or even just tips on what I could do to make them faster, any help is greatly appreciated.

Black/Blue mill: They'll Eat Your Brain

Green/White tokens: Population Beef

Blue/Red controlled burn: Just Izzets

Blue/Red/black EDH: Thraximundar's Sacrificial Pit
