Our Tournament

My friends and I are going to arrange a homemade tournament. Rules are a few and simple:
- Modern format
- No sideboard
- Budget 100 (130$)
Now my opponents's decks will be an UW miracle/control, an RG aggro/zoo, a storm, a mill and a monoB zombie.
I'm currently using an Egg/Bauble combo deck, but I'm changing my mind and I want to use something else... What kind of deck would be the best to face all the others?

Besides the lands, Splinter Twin is somewhat cheap if you leave out the Kiki's.

In all seriousness. Red Deck Wins or Mono Black Control are very viable options.
