Pauper Tournament - Sideboard & Tweaking

Hi everyone, I've built a deck that I plan on playing in an upcoming pauper tournament, and I want to solidify my sideboard and make any tweaks to the final deck build. Check it out at Maybe She's Infected, Maybe it's Maybelline and feel free to give any suggestions or post here with any advice on what I might expect to be up against.

I have another deck or two that I'm building as well to get a feel of what works best against a variety of opponents. The unfinished deck that I'm pretty amped about is Early Evening of the Dead which I feel takes budget reanimator to a whole new (cheap) level.
