Perfecting a Competitive (Non-Green) Infect deck..

I think the title sums it up pretty well.. Sure, there used to be plenty of Infect decks back when it was still Standard. But the last time I checked, I found it interesting that the only Infect archetype that shows up in the top metas anymore (Modern or otherwise) fall under "Infect Combo" category, and they're all virtually carbon copies of one another (B/U/G creatures w/ Mono-Green Pump).. This annoys me, and I wanted to throw a monkey-wrench into that by creating a new tournament viable Non-Green Infect deck.. Here's what I came up with so far: Back_Alley Rapist..
Currently none of my friends can touch it, but the most consistent threat I've came across in my local shop is a Grixis Control deck (mentioned in my updates), but I've also been beaten in the past by the likes of a (retardedly expensive) B/U/G Control, and I've been outraced once by a W/x Human Allies Aggro before too.. But on the other hand, I haven't been able to test the latest revisions yet either..
Anyway I need some input to help perfect the consistency, and to counter some of the other scarier (and more expensive) meta out there.. Storm doesn't scare me, but I haven't faced a Jund or UrzaTron deck as of yet either, but I've been slowly tweaking my deck with those kind of threats in mind too..
The Sideboard has been the sketchiest detail for me in the past, and therefore is probably the area that needs the most attention.. But anything to make this more competitive, as I would like to take it to a larger-scale tournament one day, but I want it to be ready for anything I may come across..
