I have this deck I want to improve. deck:psychic-surgeon. havent had the chance to test it out, but the gist is it chooses what to mill from an opponent. most of the cards let you choose anything but a land. here you top-deck them to make sure they dont get land or drawspells or something reasonable. not sure how well itll be though
