Please help me with build!

My name is Ernest and I am novice from Belarus. I have not much money but really want to make good deck for Belarusian National champ. I am asking for help. Here is my deck:http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/tempered-myrs/

I need a pieces of advice for making it better because... I think there are some mistakes in my build. Please help me with improving!

I'd swap the 4xOrnithopter to sideboard and 4xMemnite to main and go with a 1/1 between Assembly and Treasure Mage . Let me know how it works out.

I am afraid of removing ornithopters because they can block creatures with flying.

Treasure Mage ... Hm... Good card, thank you. But I don't have much artifacts with converted mana cost 6 or greater.Adding Treasure Mage means rebuilding the deck
