Please help with budget modern manabase (4 colour)

I'm working on my take of top control aka barbershop, a four-colour (mostly artifacts) deck. However, I haven't yet found the right route for a manabase. I'm trying to stick exclusively to cards that cost $5 or less, meaning no Glimmervoid s or shocklands. Could you please take a look and see what you can come up with?

Try using the 10th edition rare lands in replace of shock lands, it seems to work well and you can end up taking little damage if your deck has many colorless mana symbols.

I've been doing a bit of testing with them, actually. I might end up using them, since they seem easy to trade for.
