Polymorph & Isochron scepter

Ok, so i wanted to build a blue white control deck. Always been a fan of those.. I ended up with 2 Isochron Scepter and thought that this would be a good start. Im about to buy 2 more, and a $50 Emrakul, so before i do that i thought i should see if you guys have any suggestions.
The idea of this deck is to lock the opponent early game and then try to cheat the Emrakul out.You lock the opponent down with Isochron Scepter and Silence and Dawn Charm to prevent combat damage and casting. Muddle the Mixture on the scepter prevents most of the burn spells and could be used to tutor the scepter.
Now, before i order all the cards i want to be sure this is the best i could get from it. I want to get Emrakul out turn 4, and if i cant i want to control the opponent so i doesnt loose too much... Any suggestions? Its appreciated. Thanks..

Where are you buying from?
Tcgplayer has them lightly played for $26. I'd go that route....
Anyways, thats all Ive got.

ccghouse.com has them for $49.98 LP. I guess i should do some research before i buy hehe.. Anyways, $26 is alot for me, so if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated :)

... especially suggestions for the Isochron Scepter. What is the best cards on it, that also is good on their own. Should i ditch the Scepter and go all out counterspells thats 3 or more mana or should i go all out tokens with intangible virtue and such?I really want a control deck as a contrast to my other decks tho..

Counterspell on iso is just ugly, Lightning Helix is another I don't like to see. Any instant/sorcery you don't want to see at any time is a good choice.

Isochron Scepter only takes instants, sadly :).. Counterspell is highly wanted, but would bump me out of modern and therefore bump me out of my playgroup. Lightning helix would be perfect, but since i cant cast it without the scepter its not worth it.. I actually considered blue white red, but then i realised that lands are expensive as fuck :(. Thanks for the reply tho :)

Orim's Chant is the worst since you can cast the extra W for its kicker as well.
