For quite some time now I've been debating in my mind on which of these three cards would be better for my Reanimator deck: Preordain , Ponder , or Brainstorm ? I really can't decide. Can anyone give me some insight to help me make my decision?

This is my deck if you need to look at it:

Either Ponder or Preordain. Without a way to shuffle your library (e.g. Fetch lands) I don't think Brainstorm is as good. I'd test the other 2 though. Maybe other people will feel differently

Brainstorm is better over Ponder and Preordain in my opinion it nets you possibly 3 new cards in your hand depending on what you need to go off in your reanimator deck.

Brainstrom is the best but requires fetches to really make it that much better.

Ponder is next essentially letting you see 4 cards at max if you shuffle and draw.

Preordain being worst of the 3 you only get to see 3 cards and thats only if the first 2 are no good.

Brainstorm is best. It also hides your cards on top of your library when your opponent plays Thoughtseize

Brainstorm with fetches, otherwise Ponder.

Thanks for all the insight. It seems like Brainstorm is the way to go. Does anyone else have any arguments against Brainstorm for my deck specifically? I'm not using fetch lands and I have no other shuffle mechanic.

without shuffle effects it losses some luster, you could pair with Entomb so ponder will be better when digging, but brainstorm will still hide cards from hymn, Thoughtseize , etc
