I'm having trouble deciding between Experiment One and Cloudfin Raptor . I really don't use the regeneration ability on Experiment One so I'm thinking of changing it out with Cloudfin Raptor because I think that flying may be better for this deck. Any ideas?

it all depends on your meta. if you feel like there aren't enough flying creatures in your deck to counter the flying creatures in you meta, go with Cloudfin Raptor . if you find more removal, keep the Experiment One

What if I have no idea what my meta is because I can't play often due to work and school? What if I just had to pick one and hope for the best?

I would say experiment one because of your lack of protection.
