Primordial Nighthawk

I'm looking for advice on this deck, it's done well at FNM, but there's always room for improvement :)

My main game winners, are the hydra or the nighthawk (with increasing savagery on it), both paired with a corpsejack, and a golgari lich lord as an "abort/nuke" button.http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/primordial-nighthawk/
