proliferate vampires?

I doubt this is a new topic or a new kind of deck...but I was just trying to figure out how to make a vampire deck competitive right now and my thoughts went to aggro/proliferate. With that in mind, my deck has ended up like this: Black Red Vampire Proliferate. I don't really know what to do with a sideboard at this point as I'm more used to White/Green. I'd love any advice possible.

R&D has said they created vampires with counters in ISD due to the synergy with proliferation.
