Hey, first off apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

But back to the main topic! I am going to the PTQ in Standish Maine (anyone else going?) The only thing is, what deck to play.

This is where the community comes in. I want to go in with a rogue deck that is either U/B control (no mill), BUG or GU control. I need help with ideas and cards to make any of these happen so Please help me out guys!

Its probably bets to go BUG if you have the lands for it. You get more colors for petty much no extra slowness and you get tons of good removal. I think BUG would be a possibility because of the inclusion of Warped Physique . YOu could use a Prime Speaker Zegana shell with Thragtusk and such. I think Notion Thief pusyou above the rest of the control decks, and your excellent removal puts you above the aggro.

I personally like the Prime Peaker Bant shell. Just tweak it with Black instead...

Sadly I have no prime speakers to work with and also very limited DGM. I was wondering how maybe bug delver could work? I want to include Deathrite Shaman no matter what because I feel like he can help against the meta very well. Also I like Dimir Charm in the format too. Any Ideas or thoughts?

I'd suggest doing a good 24 hours of playtesting each deck against top tier decks and determine which one has the best shot. With a rogue deck you're best bet might be something that can surprise kill an opponent.

I have a U/G elf deck that has very explosive starts and has done well in playtesting. I have never taken it to an actual tourney though. I have also experimented with B/U/G Control and U/B Control but have had very poor results with both of them. I also know that U/B has a difficult time in the current meat as well. I think your best bet is running a Dark Bant list. You can get additional field control with cards like Devour Flesh and token sweepers like Sever the Bloodline while still allowing you to run the Deathrite Shaman you really seem set on running. Although I think they make better sideboard options then mainboard.
