Question about card wording

Here is the scenario. Let's say I have Scroll Thief on the battlefield. The wording on that card is "Whenever Scroll Thief deals damage to a player draw a card."

Now...

let's say I play another Scroll Thief and the first Scroll Thief I played goes in and does combat damage to my opponent. Do I now draw two cards considering there are two cards on the battle field that say "Whenever Scroll thief deals damage to a player draw a card."?

If so, that would also apply for soulbond correct?

No, and you are asking this in the wrong section it should be in Q and A.

Cards that refer to themselves by name, are referring to only the one instance of themselves unless they say otherwise. They simply mean "this card".

No, whenever a card refers to it's name, it's referring to the specific card, not cards that share it's name. If it was meaning all cards it would have something like "~ and all cards named ~' or '~ and all cards with the same name', similar to Sowing Salt or Slaughter Games

although it does work for soulbound, two Wolfir Silverheart would give each other +4+4 for a total of +8+8 each.
