So i was wondering if the card Curiosity when attached to Blood Artist would allow you to draw a card whenever blood artist does that 1 damage to your opponent and heals you 1.
I don't think so. The wording on Blood Artist is "target player loses 1 life" versus something like Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius that specifically reads "deals 1 damage". Curiosity wouldn't trigger with Blood Artist because it doesn't specifically deal any damage.

Blood Artist is not actually dealing damage to the player, the ability states that the player loses one life but not that Blood Artist deals 1 damage to the player.
So no, this would not work.
