All targets set on me

I've been using this deck lately, and the goal of it is to screw with the field as much as possible before I get targeted by everyone and die. It has been very successful so far, usually getting everyone under 10 before death, and making sure the field is fairly empty, but there were some things that didn't fit and I took out. Now i'm left with room for 8 cards, and i'm not sure what to fill them with.

First of all, I want most of the cards in this deck to be 2 ofs, with the exception of cards I really like. This is to keep a big sense of randomness and adds some fun to each game. Secondly, I don't want any more pure damage spells. I want cards that simply mess things up in some way, be it discard, sacrifice, anything that just causes chaos.Finally, every spell in this deck must effect every player in the game, (with the exception of me).
