RDW Help & Which Deck to Take to FNM

Hi, I am looking to make a sorta budget deck, and I thought a RDW deck would be cheap and effective.

Here is what I came up with. Anything really urgent that I need to add, or is it good enough to take to my local FNM. Also, I have two other decks created, and I was wondering which deck is the best out of the 3.

Deck 2 is a Simic deck, and Deck 3 is a Dimir Mill deck
